Meet our Founder

Mr. Suresh Jain is a housing pioneer in the city whose construction background was established by his father in 1970. Mr. Jain joined VSBL in the year 1996 and in March, 2003, he rose to become the Managing Director of the company. He was the first one to introduce luxury housing to Chennai market.

He believes a home reflects not just one’s lifestyle but it is a basic necessity and need.
He transformed this need into a dream of luxuries that are lured by all fantasies.

Under the dynamic leadership of Mr.Suresh Kumar Jain, the company has continuously witnessed steady growth.

Mr. Jain has been the driving force behind one of South India’s most successful and fastest growing real estate companies. After being a part of the success of Vijay Shanti Builders Limited he has been a consultant for Atikramya, helping them in their vision for better homes.

Now, Mr. Suresh Jain heads VC Constructions, a firm driven by his passion for construction, bringing his wealth of knowledge into creating world class residential and commercial spaces in Chennai.

Apart from work, Suresh is strongly inclined towards spirituality. He is also a philanthropist who believes in living life helping others.
